Godot has finally shown up - and he's selling vacuum cleaners and herbal products that help you "lose weight, gain weight or stay the same". He's also claiming to be a Devout Catholic. These are writings to bide the time until he leaves.
Great interview! I began reading Chesterton before I was Catholic too! I was a non-denominational fundie at the time and was volunteering in a Christian book store when I happened upon a teeny tiny section labeled "Catholic". Funny thing was, the only books in this section were Chestertons! I asked the manager why they only stocked Chesterton and she said that those were the only books authored by a Catholic that their pastor would allow in the store. I bought "Orthodoxy" and "The Well and the Shallows" and was hooked! :) Oh and thanks for explaining Distributism in a nutshell. I'm still having a hard time trying to figure out how to live out such an economical system even after reading Schumacher's book. Sounds great though.
