Yes, as we speak, there is a convicted criminal still running the KC-St Joe diocese.
We do hope this family feels some sense of justice and that their young child will be able to get help so she can live a full happy life.
And let's hope that every person who may have knowledge or may have been harmed by Fr Shawn Ratigan or anyone in the KC-St Joe diocese, will find the courage and strength to come forward and contact police, not the church officials. Silence is not an option anymore, it only hurts, and by speaking up there is a chance for healing, exposing the truth, and therefore protecting others.
